Actually I read it entirely the opposite playez and think perhaps after our recent trial results there may have been a few new names (that as you say were perhaps nervous before) thrown into the hat at the last minute that meant further consideration was required.

Either way Harry is getting stuff done - at this stage I see board placements as more vital as this is where we can significantly increase our credibility and in reality it should be the board that searches and decides on the CEO - if we are planning on replacing board members it would in my mind seem appropriate to do that first rather than have a CEO in place that was perhaps chosen by a board that in a few months looks significantly different to how it does today.

Anyway we shall see...
