I would love to know the answer to that one and would probably be much richer if I did.
Sadly its an imperfect world, and we can only do our best to achieve a good outcome.
Regardless, I believe MSB is a winner and am prepared to participate in a capital raising even though, as you say, the loyal shareholders will be at a disadvantage.
