Yeah, while MSB is more that able and justified in articulating articulate its own position, I'm not too sure MSB is in a position to speak on behalf of the Teva board.

You are aware, are you not, that Teva is listed on the NYSE?
And there it makes plenty of statements.
And I should know; I've trawled through a great many of them looking for some clear, unambiguous sign that Teva is committed to the partnership. But feel free to show me the error of my ways, unless you can't, or are disinclined to do so (don't know why, but I suspect it'll be the former masquerading as the latter).
