    The application for pre-action discovery of documents was heard in the Federal Court of Australia on 22 and 23 February. The decision has been reserved and will be handed down on a date to be fixed. AGS will make an announcement when the decision is handed down.
    Native Title Mining Agreement has to be sorted out and it is this that is delaying the project.
