You may have noticed the diplomacy in the post and the start of a new thread to remove the perceived angst against me.

Just trying to see if anyone has ideas of how long and possibly how much this legal issue will last and cost?

IMO the longer it lasts the easier it will be to shake out the weak and long term holders by capping the share price. This statement considers the fact that latest cap raisings and majority of long-term holders are now well and truly under water.
