Nelson,I agree a CR is certain but I fear sooner then 6-12mths I would guess @ 3-6mths range RXM spent $7m last Qrt, and project $5.6m this Qrt , if the Dec. Qrt is similar they will be under $10m by Xmas. probably more so with the now extended feasibility study consuming more money, I've got a small holding in my personal fund, but I sold a larger holding in my SMSF @ .575, I still think the project will get up but I will wait for more clarity about CR, project finance and mining licence before getting back in. The language used in this morning's Chairmans letter in the section "Government approvals" suggest's to me that RXM are a fair may off agreement with the SA government's "offer" of a mining lease, whether that is due to the original 99 conditions or the change to a smaller start up I don't know.
