thanks for posting ... interesting comments ... while I agree that the staged approach is cheaper (to fund) it will not provide shareholder value we were all were expecting, and not in the timeframe we were expecting (i.e. 12 years).
It would be interesting to see how the options stack up financially. Excessive red-tape and inexperienced board (and ineffective shareholder communications) are the cause here.
