Depends on who controls the scrap price here locally and its availability to the smelters.
If say the Mt Isa smelter was using 15% of its product to keep the melt cool and can no longer source scrap copper, its price will be at a premium.
This is one of the reasons I believe NCu is highly sought after by the smelters and was at a 10% premium in price.
