As Sharetrader says the potential is great but also has the normal risks associated with it. I agree. The way I look at it is this:
1- there is NO prospecting involved as they have plenty of raw material that merely has to be mined,
2- although there is a small risk involved it appears that bank finance will be forthcoming at reasonable rates,
3- there is a MOU with Dana to take bulk kaolin thus giving extra revenue,
4- the co's development is well ahead of the stated time frame,
5- Mitsubishi has signed an agreement to market in Japan,
6- Permitting is going along well and
7- having the production facilities in Malaysia apparently reduces the capex etc. considerably and is well placed to the Asian market which has the largest demand for ATC's product.
There are other positives but imo make it a great investment especially if things continue to go as they have to date they will be up and running potentially this time next year.
