I'm guessing it will be a gratis provision of a system ...IF it gets to that stage. Unfortunately, we don't know what that stage IS because of the so-called transparnet non-binding agreement (Isn't that just a pearler of an oxymoron, lol) doesn't mention anything about agreement milestones, prices or inputs.
