    Is anyone worried that they have an MOU with BBP, a company that has put itself up for sale and which most analysts believe is pretty much worthless. They have breached debt covenants, and the chances of an attractive offer coming for them is slim.

    Sure, this MOU is not everything, but not a great choice of partner. thoughts?
