Estaban I wish I could give you a positive reply, but unfortunately us locals realise the saying is generally true- NT stands for not today, not tomorrow! Take a look at TNG for example, in duscussions with the CLC for 10 years and still waiting for permits after more than 3. My only hope for CXO is that due to the Bynoe area already being well trodden with old mines and drill holes it MAY be a little bit of a smoother process
