Nice post 99, I am a bit dirty that with the experience of our board and MH running the show that the takeover has turned into a `days of our lives story`. I am hoping that nothing comes of the investigation except time wasting. This event has delayed drilling operations, mining infrastructure advancement in WA and at least a 12 month time extension to fully franked dividends. Right at the start of this takeover i read that it would be a messy and drawn out process dealing with the incumbent team behind BE, they must be some Deliverance type of human that thought that they owned all of the gold in the Dingo ranges and no one else would get a look in. Well MH started the mine next door years ago and must have seen something for him to come back, after a lengthy time span, to try and prise it away from the current owners. I don't know what a eureka moment is but I'm hoping that when the dust settles on this deal that i will experience one.
