Without rehashing the entire thing, this last 5-6 months is a result of a BE shareholder saying he and (by extension) all but 2 shareholders were the recipients of "unacceptable circumstances" in relation to the EMR takeover of BE, and the TOP after taking over 5 weeks to investigate, agreed. The sanctions of delaying the voting rights of the chinese acquired votes, and demanding a report into the valuation etc, are quite severe.

So this is a result of the takeover not being handled correctly, and given EMR has the majority representation on the BE board, there really is only one place that the blame can land.
