Anyway Silicone Labs, like STMicro have a suitable target Iot Chips in their product range (see below) where Qualcomm don't seem to have smaller Iot type MCU's.

Interestingly, in Singapore, they are in the same building as Qualcomm and across the street from STMicro. That whole area is a tech hotbed.

So in the same building as JS may have worked from when he was at Qualcomm.
