It's up to the discretion of the parties involved in the MOU, Telink are JV so they need to update XPE of the development/porting status (hence XPE was able to get a timeframe of the porting status as stated in Friday's announcement), we will know if, maybe, after the successful porting, they will allow XPE to release their names publicly next week or so of the other US listed chips manufacturer (most think Intel is already one of them).
