People constantly bagging the company as the SP is not where they like it to be.

I really doubt the company will be that stupid to request for another capital raising unless something big was on its way which will most likely get the SP to a satisfactory level.

It will be entertaining to see the attitude of some people change from bagging the company to praising it when this happens.
