Creating this thread to discuss reimbursement codes which are a key factor for the success of EIQ.
My understanding was that the dossier/application for interim (CAT3) codes had already been submitted. Though I've found out today that is not the case.
The body responsible for maintaining and updating the Current Procedural Terminology (CPT®) code set is The CPT® Editorial Panel which only meets three times annually to deliberate on changes to the CPT code set. The upcoming meetings are scheduled: February 6–8, May 1–3, 2025, September 18–20, 2025.
The dossier is being submitted in Feb which is too late for the Feb meeting. Therefore it will be considered in the May meeting with an anticipated response in Mid 2025.
For heart failure there is already an existing code and therefore revenue generation from HF will be much quicker than AS following FDA approval for HF (Anticipated Q4 2025).
