    Because Cat3 codes are released only twice per year. January and July.

    In fact, now that I have dug deeper it seems there is a 6 month implementation period before codes become effective. I would think the codes need to be effective before EIQ is able to generate any revenue.

    'New Category III CPT codes are released biannually (January and July) with a six month delay before activation for implementation in the Medicare system. Codes released on January 1st are effective July 1st, and codes released on July 1st are effective January 1st. The codes usually remain active for five years from the date of implementation, if the code has not been accepted for placement in the Category I section of CPT.'

    Trying to get confirmation of the above. This would push the timeline out a lot from what I was initially thinking and yes one would think another cap raise would be likely.
