EIQ's revenue model is a share of the reimbursement with the hospital (25% EIQ, 75% hospital). If there is no reimbursement available I don't think EIQ will be booking any revenue. They won't be billing the hospital for use unless the hospital is getting the reimbursement. That's part of the sell to the hospital — they make money by using the software due to the reimbursement.
