Taken from the IPC approval decision below. Seems the NSW EPA were okay with all they saw for dust levels and mitigation plans and the use of water resources for it. Doesn't mean they won't have ongoing involvement for permitting once the mine is in the build and operational phase, but it shows what @Bowdens has posted is an outright lie.
