Seriously it's a dog's breakfast though. EPA licence to operate is a big hurdle considering problems with Newcrest's Cadia mine and the Parliamentary Enquiry coming up. Also the politics and PR problems with depositing any lead at all on surrounding communities. This is harder than Cadia. There is way more lead and locals have baseline blood lead levels and water testing. Caution needed here.
