I have started watching reasonably closely too, and like you I'm currently waiting while there is still a lot of uncertainty. I think they're great value, but that doesn't mean they won't decrease when it's time to finance the project. I've also found it to be very risky buying this far behind a project going into production.

I think there's some chance they'll surprise us and raise capital at a premium (they'll be worth more once they have the capital, so it might be possible), but that sort of thing is rare and I'm betting against it. It's very typical for prices to have trouble increasing when everyone knows a capital raising is required before production starts.

I definitely think this is a company with a great future, I just think I'll be able to get a better entry.
