Finance will have to be raised once BFS is completed. Shouldn't be too hard to find the capital esp if Moz govt have made clear their policy. Just speculating but will SYR go route of PDN and sell part of the mine to the large Chinese company they have signed off take agreement with? Fairly plausible imo.
