My money is on flow rates. First oil for NDO as operator and they are playing it safe.
As for the GOM speculation, the moratorium is for 6 months and Gindarra spud is further out than that. I also hope they don't farm-in. I thought the oil from T1 and Yakal was going to be used to fund the drill.
