Correct me if I am wrong- I calculate the cash in bank as approx. 4.5c ps from the property sale...

So all the rest of the oil land, incl Gene production and all the others to come are only valued at 2.1c .

Surely Gene 1 is 2.5c ps by itself- 4-5 mil pa and the rest is worth 3c in speculation.

Easier still for the short time- is it not fairly comfortable to say that if near half of the non productive land was worth 4.5c ps...then the other productive half is worth more. As it has productive assets generating cashflow aka Gene 1.

I have no idea why this is not 10c by now... heavy discount rate still applies IMO.

I have no idea how others value SSN. Yet the market still states a little over 100 M. Even though we just cashed in over 70 Mil US from the property sale.
