I think you'll find that they have the rig under contract for "x" months and the drilling program is mainly appraisal wells except Roc (drill, find, close, come back and appraise) which is an exploration drill, so the belief that they will do the exploration one first than to the new location for the multiple appraisal drills. Makes logistic sense.
There is a poster on HC who has an app or website that shows the exact location of maritime vessels in real time, it would be good to know the location of this rig, it would be close.
