10 weeks for due diligence on the proposed mining operation at which time if satisfactory will form the new company Karnataka Iron Ore. Now I beleive we are at 8 weeks from the time of the last update. So 2 weeks at minimum one could presume. I have been part of many due diligences (not for mining, financial) and these seem to take quite some time for thoroughness, which is vital for integrity.
After the successful due diligence two international valuers will need to ascertain the value of these leases with the median amount utilised. This will obviously take more time.
The question for me that arises however, does the estimated resource get estimated as part of the due diligence or the valuation?
