I seem to recall Marty telling me by phone when I asked him around 2 to 3 years.
I cannot be sure I am quoting him 100% accurately therefore I would suggest to call him and ask him directly.
If I have time in the next few days I may do so, but I would encourage others to also.
What I also recall is the reason for such a short duration is that IIb trials roll into (overlap) with phase III and a reduced endpoint requirement based on Orphan drug designation (to come as part of IND approval) is already agreed with the FDA.
