Of course you are entitled to not believe others who say they have spoken to Marty, but the fact that you may not have gotten any response from MR to that question should surely not be a reason to disbelieve others ?
I merely shared my experience/chat as best as I can recall but I also invited others to try Marty direct. If a couple of others do get a response and they answers are somewhat consistent then there's not much more we can ask for.
