just throwing this out there, is the reason that the Dubai deal came to fruition because perhaps they have seen the Phase IIB data already and wanted in??
This is so they could prepare when it hits the market and CVac goes stratospheric and the possibility that this can make a difference in so many lives in which Dubai will be an option to be treated by year end.
