Yes Champ timelines slide- but perhaps a more talented manager wouldn't have cornered themselves, or given as you have said themselves more moving room.
I can't help but feel they could see the price moving and felt they had to put something out to help it along even more. Me, I'm satisfied with a sure and steady rise.
In addition if it was a more strategic matter that slipped then there would be no issue i.e. BFS timeline, but it wasn't it was a deadline created a week ago- you would think they could manage that far ahead.
