I've had companies that have met their projected timelines. I even have one at present that is about to meet its production timeline (BDR - sorry for the cross promotion).

I've also built a number of new homes that have been completed on time and on budget..

Not meaning to be bragging, but I would have thought that full time "professionals" dealing with millions of our dollars should have much better awareness of the environment that they are dealing with (including setting "realistic" timeframes for approvals and construction). We are not the first company to try and get approval to mine Uranium in Wyoming so there should be a greater degree of certainty IMHO.

I am a long term holder of PEN and have some faith that they will eventually produce some Uranium, but really, as a shareholder I hold my management and board to a much higher standard of performance than they have shown in the past.

Perhaps we dont pay them enough ...... you know what they say about monkeys and peanuts ....(BTW - that's supposed to be sarcasm).

I would also suggest that some posters here on HC may have better expertise than some of our managers as they have pointed out flaws in our projections months before the company has realised.

My main concern with PEN is that we may be being run by a PR machine trying to prop up the share price artificially, and not a team of proven experts working very hard to progress to mining.

I'm looking forward to seeing less BS/PR and more milestones achieved for the coming year.
