So the announcement from 6th August stated that 183.6M shares issued- raising $14.638M - now it's 198M shares - is that including the shortfall applications? Only 16M taken up? Or am I missing something?

If all the options get excercised (that is if GXY starts performing) we'll have 1.08 Billion shares. Could've been worse! To be a $500M company the shares will need to trade around the high 40's per share - one can dream!
