Regarding the possible preparation for the sale of TNG, I have also had similar concerns. How much is required for a take over? Is it simply 51% or is there more to it? Also, how effective is what our lithium friends over in PLS doing with regards to SH banding together possibly to avoid takeover? I would say there is a sizable chunk of the shares held by regular posters here. I have a touch over 2.1m. Any thoughts, feedback, concerns?
