I would think the sp being 0.003 and 0.001 would make a big difference. Giving up on kik is a fair call just because they have destroyed shareholder value so far shouldnt exempt them from disclosure rules which clearly are not being followed. It took them 2 weeks to fess up to having extended the DD another 30 days how long will it take them to announce the "potential" farm in partner has said no thanks ? i would think disclosure is the least they could announce to people who do hold the shares at least. Still no mention of the bonus options would be rather hard to release info about the bonus options due mid oct without any reference to the state of the farm in, though with KIKs track record i could see them omiting vital information as they have done so many times in the past. Though with so little skin in the game can you blame managements blas'e attitude ?
