timely letter again

As a disclaimer:I do not impugn the management of KSX.I make no suggestion of impropriety.

Back in November when there was growing discontent among posters on the KSX forum,a letter arrived which attempted to assuage shareholder angst:without any success-the SP reflects this.The letter contained very little 'meat'-just rehashing information all shareholders knew about.
Now,with this discontent still obvious,another letter arrives,once again,without any 'meat on the bone'.Does any shareholder here really want to hear about the advancement of "reimbursement codes'?Sure,the codes have to be achieved,but where is the news about sales volumes!?

Perhaps I'm being paranoid,but does anyone else feel uncomfortable with this?
