Another Lithium hopeful announced terms that were awful. Low CR and 750,000 new shares.

Boss has $1m of own money in company
No fat bonus rewards, adviser fees and wages
To the best of my knowledge MW has never dumped lots of shares in any of his companies
Last but not least we are in Australia. a certain diamond mining company has been waiting 12 months for Gazetting.
