Lumacom must be due to announce the signing off of this project shortly,construction is supposed to begin early next month.Once the deal is signed off and Lum gets all four sides of the building which they will as nobody else has the technology then expect to see some nice writeups on the press. I notice again today that there is a lack of selling taking place,a very good sign,people know news is going to flow non stop from this soon to be announcement machine!!
