3rd DD extension ends tomorrow, this can't keep dragging on.

Don't forget the original offer from BGH was $4.00 - 6 months later and without having to bare the worst of the shutdowns, the offer price is 40% lower and they are still messing around. VRL is about to enter a recovery phase - by the time summer rolls around, cinemas and theme parks will be back in the black.

It's hard to feel positive when the $2.40 offer is more than 20% above the current SP. If BGH walk away, surely the sentiment is that they can't make it work at $2.40 - what do you think happens to the SP? We don't have anywhere near enough free-float to drive the SP up on hopeful / positive sentiment. Trading volume in VRL can only happen if the major holders (owners and financiers) offer up their shares and we'll only get positive movement if another major holder (Mittleman) wants to buy those shares, or if a superior alternative proposal comes out of nowhere.

Confirm the $2.40 tomorrow and just be done with it. Serious questions need to be asked of the board if another extension is granted. It just can't take 6 months to do this. Virgin was done and dusted in more like 3 months and it is far more complicated than little old VRL.
