In my mind it could be one of three things,
1 - still in talks with other large holders
2 - waiting for VRL to refinance debt.
3 - still accumulating what they can at discount
to offer price.
although there would be a substantial shareholder
notice if no.3 was the reason I think.
they would have seen full year results or something
close to it.
who knows!
the sharemarket is a funny place.
