Times up for the current board and management!!!!

    What's going on is quite simple! Hoffman and his crew (Peter Francis and anyone else he has placed on the RNL board) were introduced to the business by the West! what they didn't expect was his micro management skill (or lack of) that has placed the company into a stalemate and nosedive with prospects and partners while running the business like Danial Andrews and his gang of merry men and woman have (just wasting time and money.)

    It's alleged if you waste or misappropriate money within government it's okay (they just move on with a little bad press) but in the RNL case NOTHING has been done by a team of underachievers that are all administrators by the look of it.

    With this came fees, jobs for the boys and girls, capital raising (*BAD loan) and lots of trips to Melbourne, Perth and London along with VERY poor positioning of unqualified staff by the new CEO continuing to waste investors (our) funds with NO results for ALL shareholders!.

    What we saw as investors looked like a business just starting to find their feet with opportunities and trials started in the USA and the UK Healthcare business back on track so we stupidly invested only to hear on the jungle drums that Hoffman and the West had removed a progressive CEO / Sales Professional that created USA opportunities, spent time in London working with Virgin and was building a new business channel in the APAC region.

    Along came Allan Hoffman, Peter Francis (and other board changes including a company secretary / CFO another of Mr Hoffman's working crew members at Optiscan) and from that day there has been no business, the continuous stream of fees, a new CEO (also a close associate of the AF and PF) the removal of the CTO, removal of the head developer and two underwhelming new employees with junior qualifications and no real IT start-up skills.

    So yes "leatyourdog" we all agree within our group that there needs to be answers! BUT I will make a prediction "They can not withstand this any longer and the time has come for them ALL (board and management) to step down immediately" The company has one more chance to get going again and if the right people are willing to work hard, resurrect old opportunities and develop new ones (either by acquisition or just good old fashion hard work) the company can still turn a profit and reward us "THE SHAREHOLDERS" This is no longer a game for the West and just the major shareholders, we hold a great deal of shares but should we also call a 249D as OIL has? NO, just a waste of time and more money.

    Move aside is my call to the board and senior management of Rision and give a real team of professionals the opportunity to make good on our investments.
