Sounds like a good way to destabilise the SP by putting in a vote, it wont pass so it will only serve to do more harm than good. The punishment is they dont get bonus' if they dont hit KPIs losing salary for not hitting KPIs will not attract anyone for the position.
Curious to know if the SP was higher would everyone still be complaining about the state of TON?
