Pursell is generally quite punctual and shareholder sensitive - you saw that last Wednesday when he pre-empted INLs nasty stock dump and told shareholders that he would provide revenue generating alternatives.
INL investors have to also see it from Pursells side - he has been working on the latertite problem for years and I am sure that he is hopeful that before he kicks the bucket, he's going to see his Nickel mine turn a profit.
If Intec (INL) had something real to offer, with all the shareholder sentiment backing them, they would have been in a position to implement a takeover - they only had 5% to go. What was holding them back? Nothing.
