I just read the article dated 22nd March 2007 where it states that INL didnt attempt a takeover as it would have had to convince 90% of JRV shareholders.
They would have got little resistance from JRV holders, until of course, the actual offer had to be looked at by JRV holders maybe?
Why not do that?
