timetable update??

I rang the company today to enquire about the "Timetable" issued under the recent Ann..... They informed me there was a change in "Laws" and that the timetable would not be a accurate estimate for phases of the timetable, but yet they were keeping the final date for completion and re-listing the same......

i then asked if there was a ann on the way and he said he could not comment and that they were extremely positive about AEM future...

Does any1 know about these changes and how they affect the timetable??
