The announcement states that "Staff" resigned, and it goes without saying that the directors are automatically relieved by the administrator however, "The former executives will remain as directors of the Company and assist the Administrators during the administration period".
It is presumed they are not providing services for free.

I also wonder, if their resignation as staff means that JC has achieved his aim of being paid out his ~$1m in outstanding leave he is 'owed'... a way around the directors coming behind creditors I wonder if he did this before calling in the administrators?
