Silly me....i invested in PDY when that ann came out in 2014. Sold out at a big loss when it came out of suspension after a long one...ACA Lawyers took on the case for a class action against PDY as one HC member gathered up a number of other members who lost $$$ from that ann and provided to them for the case. The fee was shared among those who wanted to join in the class action.
Dont know the update on the PDY case as i moved on. Anyways im sure JC will get his turn in court....
