9-Jan. BNB to come up with a revised business plan that will adress repayment of the new $150mm facility as well as provide the "the basis" for discussion on restructuring the balance sheet.

28-Feb The agreement BNB entered in November "contemplates" a plan to be presented on 28-Feb for a longer term restructure and debt for equity swap

30-Apr. This plan to be in place.

Nothing concrete except for the April 30 date for the plan to be in place, so we'll have a few months of back and forthing until 30-April, and of course that could be changed too
