Nothing happens in the PI patch as it should . NDO track record is an example . OEL and BHPP will most likely get another extension , this would be a better outcome for both . Been talking to Transocean guys and my guess they arnt interested too much in this mob after standing down the rig. Shell is out there snapping up any rig available of size . ARAMCO will hire anything as long as it floats ! So the regulars are in difficult position , and the Philippines is no priority ! It may happen but BHPP havent come up with ziltch so far . Now I dont need any attacks , but just want people to get the rose coloured glasses off , real things have to happen by achievers , not on this patch.
